Oxi Lox in SKG Design’s Bettie Harness– with her beautiful rainbow hair and her awesome outfits, Oxi Lox is one of my favorite tattoo artists. She specializes in watercolor art and works well with varying skin tones. I actually have two incredible tattoos from her, one on my ribcage and one on my thigh!
